Cancellation requests received between the time of registration through December 31, 2024 will be subject to a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received from January 1 through February 1, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration cost. Cancellations after February 1, 2025 will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing to INIHKD Registrar.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. We have no control over hotel cancellation deadlines or any applicable fees.
